Shipping and International orders TOP

All of our packages are shipped USPS priority mail service with delivery confirmation. Shipping cost for priority mail service starts at $6.50. The shipping time for your item to arrive is 2-3 days. Please allow time for your item to be personalized, which is about 2-3 days depending on the item you are purchasing. If you need your item by a certain date, we must be informed of that date. If you need an item to arrive in one day, that is not possible as we do not express orders, so please don't ask. Items ordered that state "24 hour ship from our facility" does not include the days it will take for the item to arrive to you, which is generally about 2-3 days. Items cannot be shipped out after 2 pm on Saturday or at any time on Sunday. Please keep that in mind for items that state "ship out of our facility in 24 hours". We do not ship on legal holidays so please take that into account when placing your order. Due to the very high cost of tracking and shipping international packages, we are not accepting international orders at this time. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

This policy is null and void due to Embroidery equipment failure or circumstances beyond our control.
